Yaw is a trainer and coach whose world revolves around fitness. He is a Registered Nurse, Certified Group Instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutritional Coach, Lifestyle Consultant, TRX Certified Instructor and Advanced Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner. He is a former Fleet Marine Force Navy Corpsman who instructed our country’s finest (USMC) on hand to hand combat. His military, medical and training background places him in a unique position to motivate and guide people to live a healthy lifestyle. He is an enthusiastic trainer who understands what it takes for goals to be reached. He believes the first step in improving your health and fitness is simply wanting to and doesn’t believe in invalid excuses. He looks to instill the “Lion Heart” mindset in people which is consistency in training and nutrition that translates to other aspects in life. “The secret to a strong, fit body is a strong fit mind; the secret to a strong, fit mind is a Lion Heart.”.
