Your first visit is free of charge; giving us a chance to test for strengths and weaknesses and to truly understand what it is you wish to accomplish. Testing includes the following:

Semi-Private Sessions:
Every individual in a semi-private session will receive the same attention and creation of an individual workout. Semi-private sessions consist of 2 to 3 people and are directed by a Nationally Certified Personal Fitness and Conditioning Instructor who will focus on each individual and their personal training goals.
